The Twin Cities Pool Table Guy is a family owned and operated billiards service specializing in pool table repair in Western Wisconsin and the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, including Lacrosse WI and Rochester MN. When you call us for pool table services, we send the owners to service your pool table, and not just a couple of employees with no passion for what they do. We needed to have our pool table leveled and new fabric installed in 2024. Joe did a great job with that work. We then subsequently had an issue with one of the slate joints creating a ridge under the felt, possibly stemming from when the table was originally assembled by another outfit back in 2020. Joe came out to take a look for us and dove right in to figure out what was going on. He ended up spending multiple hours partially disassembling the table, correcting the problem and getting it all back together. He did all of that work free of charge. He's clearly passionate about his craft. The end result is a perfectly smooth surface and a table that plays like it's brand new. No reason to call anyone else when it comes to pool tables.

Joe and Seth replaced the cushions and felt on my 20 year old pool table. Joe and Seth are very professional, knowledgeable, were on time and did everything Joe said they were going to do for the price quoted. The whole family is now enjoying the pool table again. Great communication from Kelly on the front end, to talk me through the options and overall process.
Once we were on the schedule, Joe and Seth knocked it out of the park.
Disassembled, safely moved, and reassembled with new felt and cushions.

These two guys are the best in the business. Not only were they prompt in arriving for the appointment they also dismantled, moved, and put the table back together shockingly fast! Contacted them through email. They were fast an very responsive. Even at after business hours. Im in western Wisconsin 2 hours away from the city's. They came 4 days after Contacting them. Preformed awesome in home service at almost half the price of more local competitors. Absolutely amazing experience.

Joe did an awesome job both finding a used table for us and also the installation, levelling etc. We also got balls and sticks, rack, chalk etc. included so we were up and running right away. HIGHLY recommend and will keep coming back! Joe, we will need a new felt in 2026 because we're wearing it out!

I’ve never done, or had it done before and being that I have a carpentry background I thought I would try and do it myself, that would have been a BIG mistake. Initial contact with Amy provided us with prompt information and choices we were looking for when planning to have our felt replaced. Joe came over with samples and helped us navigate through the options, then promptly and professionally installed the felt and replaced the pockets. The table looks fantastic and we could not be more pleased with the process and results!

I contacted TCPTG and got a quote on a Friday and was told they could come out the following Wednesday so I decided to hire TCPTG to level the slate and recover the table and rails. I’d bought this table almost two years ago and was intending to save a little money and “do it myself” lol…Amy who sent my quote and handles scheduling was great to work with and I can honestly say that I wish I’d hired TCPTG sooner. Our installers were Seth and Chase and they were fantastic!!! Seth and Chase were right on time and they are both outgoing, friendly, and professional at their craft and pricing for the work performed was reasonable. Seriously folks, if you’ve got work that needs to be done on your pool table do yourself a favor and call TCPTG, just like me you’ll be glad you did. Thank You Amy you were great!!! I wish Google had an option for 6 stars because TCPTG deserves it. My family was looking to assemble an antique, 9 foot pool table from a late 1800s pool hall and many others turned us away. From the first phone call with TCPTG, I knew I was being taken care of. Within a few hours of first talking, I had a quote. When we were indecisive, they were courteous and patient. When ready to schedule, they were ready to work. They came out today and did just that. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to chat with. They included us in the process and were more happy to let us take quick update peeks. It's hard to express in this review how much they've done for my family, but in one day they took a relic passed down through generations and turned it into a beautiful pool table that we will cherish for generations to come. I live up on Madeline Island and had a pool table that I needed to reassembled and refelted Joe and his team came up and took care of it right away you did a fantastic job. Will definitely recommend him to anybody who needs pool table work. Not only is he good at his job he's a great guy!
