We hired Joe and his team to reassemble our pool table after we had taken it apart for some remodeling. We ordered new felt as well. He and his team were very accommodating in meeting me to get the rails ahead of time so they could replace the cushions and felt prior to assembly day. The team drove all the way to our home in Eau Claire to assemble the table. They were very respectful of our home, LOVED our dog and made sure everything was clean when they were done. Excellent customer service and my dogs even got a ton of attention! They took the time to explain to me how the previous setup was incorrect (not level and the pockets were uneven) and showed me the proper steps in setting up an 8 foot table plus how to maintain the table like the professionals do. I didn’t realize I was missing hardware which they replaced for no additional charge (the inside of their trailer pretty much has everything on hand) and the clean up was better than before they showed up. I will be using them again shall the need arise and I highly recommend you do to.
